Lawn Core Aeration alleviates compacted soil, allowing more oxygen, water, and nutrients to enter the soil, helping to promote a better transfer of nutrients between the soil and the roots. Lawns with heavy clay soils are vulnerable to excessive compaction. Lawns that receive a lot of foot traffic are also at risk. Core Aeration helps break up this soil and gives your lawn the room to breathe that it needs.

What Is Lawn Core Aeration And Overseeding?

When we come to your house with our core aerator the hollow tines of the machine mechanically remove plugs or “cores” of soil and thatch from your lawn.

The removed plugs allow oxygen to travel through these pockets, and that’s important: grass roots are underground, but they still need room to breathe. The diagram below shows how removing the cores helps increase the flow of air, water and nutrients, resulting in new root growth, deeper roots and a healthier lawn.

Cost: $45.00 per 1000 sq. ft. of turf.
Deposit: $99.00, with balance charged upon measuring for the job. Minimum project cost is $229.00

For fenced in yards: please confirm that you have a gate 50 inches or wider with no barriers like steps or patios to fit our aerator machine through. Please call the office if you don't have an access point that is 50 inches or more.
